The toilet bowl is more exposed to gems and bacteria because of the waste of toilet paper, urine, and human waste.

You can apply it once a week or after a few days depending on the usage, to clean the surface from germs and bacteria.

You can easily apply the Apple Cider Vinegar to clean the bathroom and the toilet bowl by following the steps.

Prepare the bathroom floor and flush the toilet

It is better to place the old newspapers or towels on the floor if it is in worse condition or clogged to prevent bacteria and water splashes on the floor.

Flush the toilet before pouring the solution inside the bowl to allow the debris and urine to flow down the drain.

You need gloves and a toilet brush before starting the cleaning process and scrub the brush around the rim and inside it to clean the removable mold and dust particles.

Put Apple Cider Vinegar

Take 1-2 cups of Apple Cider Vinegar, and pour it directly into the bowl.

Let the solution stay inside the bowl for 15-20 minutes, depending on the severity of the stains and mineral buildup in the toilet.

Leave it for over 20 minutes if the yellow or brown deposits are not removed from the surface or inside the bowl. 

Scrub the toilet bowl and the inner rim with a brush

Take a brush and scrub the toilet bowl from all sides and around the inner rim to clean it thoroughly. Let the solution stay for 5 minutes, and wash it again using a brush.

You can use a sponge to remove the stains from the upper side and around the rim. Make sure to scrub the bowl surface properly to make it look clean and new.

Flush the solution

Now, you can flush this solution by pressing the button on the tank lid or pushing the handle on the side.

You can see that the stains and mineral deposits vanish from the bowl, and there will be no smell inside the toilet.

Wash the sponge or the brush with fresh water and dry them to use again to clean the toilet.

You can repeat this procedure after a few days to avoid the worse toilet condition and keep it sanitary.

What to mix with Apple Cider Vinegar for cleaning the toilet?

You can combine different natural products in Apple Cider Vinegar for toilet cleaning and removing stubborn stains.

People often sprinkle baking soda after applying the Apple Cider Vinegar on the toilet bowl, as baking soda is an effective cleaning agent to remove bacteria, germs, and stains.

Add a few drops of lemon juice to the solution to make it more effective on the hard urine stains and yellow rings around the bowl.

Mixing one part of the water in an ACV solution can work amazingly well to clean the toilet bowl and does not cause any damage to the surfaces.

It is better to avoid mixing any commercial chemical cleaner with this it because the bleach and other acidic chemicals can react with the solution and produce toxic fumes.
